If you need to cancel an upcoming service, you can request a cancellation from the Schedule page. Please note that cancellations cannot be requested on the day of service.

• To request a cancellation, select the service(s), then click   Cancel in the top green bar. In the pop-up window, you can add a note explaining the cancellation. Click   Request to submit it.
• If a service is still in Requested status, it will be removed immediately. Otherwise, the cancellation request will be sent to No Dog Too Small...Dog Walking and Pet Sitting for review and approval.
