Policy and Agreement
NO DOG TOO SMALL…DOG WALKING AND PET SITTING, LLC
Client Service Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between No Dog Too Small…Dog Walking and Pet Sitting, LLC (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. PET CARE AND PAYMENT

1.1 Payment Terms
• Payments for monthly subscribers for Dog Walking and Playgroups are due on the 10th of the month in advance, prior to the start of services.
• If payment is not received as required, services shall not be provided.
• Payments for Family Paws, Dog Training, and Pet Sitting are due at the time of booking.

1.2 Informational Meeting
• Client agrees to a pre-paid, non-refundable fee of $25.00 for a one-time informational meeting prior to the first service appointment.
• The meeting will last 30–45 minutes and is intended to allow Provider to assess suitability for services.
• Provider reserves the right to decline services if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Client’s pet is unsafe or aggressive.

1.3 Additional Documents
• Client authorizes Provider to perform services as outlined in the Client Profile, Pet Profile, and Veterinary Release, which are incorporated into this Agreement.
• Client agrees to notify Provider of any changes to these documents.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.

1.4 Emergency Care
• Provider will attempt to contact Client prior to obtaining emergency veterinary care; however, Client authorizes Provider to act in the pet’s best interest if immediate care is necessary.
• Client agrees to reimburse Provider for all reasonable veterinary and incidental expenses.

1.5 Inclement Weather / Natural Disaster / Act of War
• Provider may alter or cancel services at its discretion in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, or act of war.

1.6 Personal Emergency
• If a scheduled employee or contractor is unavailable due to personal emergency or illness, Client authorizes Provider to assign another qualified person. Provider will notify Client at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled service.

1.7 Key Policy
• Client may leave keys with Provider for future services or request return after each visit for a $10 fee.
Client will have the option to leave a lockbox with key on the premise.
• Provider may engage a locksmith if necessary and Client agrees to reimburse all costs within seven (7) days.

1.8 Additional Services and Fees
• Any charges for unplanned services or legal citations arising during services are due within seven (7) days. Receipts and invoices will be left at Client’s home.

1.9 Confirmations
• Client must contact Provider at least three (3) hours before departure to confirm appointments and again within three (3) hours of return.
• Early arrivals do not warrant refunds or prorated services.
• Cancellations by Provider will be credited for the following month and must be used by the end of three months.(except for inclement weather).
• We understand that plans can change. To provide reliable service and properly manage our pet care team's schedules, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or schedule change of a scheduled visit. A scheduled visit represents reserved time that has been set aside specifically for your pet and assigned to a member of our care team. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, as we are often unable to fill that reserved time with another client.

Monthly Recurring Service Policy
Our monthly recurring service program is designed to provide consistent, dependable care for your pets while allowing us to reserve dedicated time slots and maintain dependable schedules for both our clients and pet care team. When you enroll in recurring visits, your scheduled days and times are reserved exclusively for your pets. These reserved appointments allow us to plan staffing, assign caregivers, and maintain availability specifically for your family.

Monthly recurring visits are billed based on your established recurring schedule rather than individual visit usage. Invoices for monthly recurring services are sent on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 10th of the month for upcoming scheduled visits. If you know you will not need service on specific dates, please notify us before your monthly invoice is processed so we can make appropriate scheduling adjustments.

Once a monthly invoice has been issued and paid, those scheduled visits remain reserved appointments. Refunds are not provided for cancelled recurring visits. In certain circumstances , an account credit may be considered at the discretion of No Dog Too Small; however, credits are not guaranteed.

Vacation & Special Booking Policy
Vacation visits and special bookings require payment at the time services are scheduled and confirmed . Because these visits require us to reserve availability, coordinate staffing, and potentially decline other requests for those dates, payments for confirmed vacation and special bookings are non-refundable if cancelled.

1.10 Inclement Weather Cancellations
• Provider may cancel appointments due to hazardous weather with at least three (3) hours’ notice.
• State-declared emergencies override scheduled appointments.
• Provider is not obligated to issue refunds, prorations, or transfers for inclement weather cancellations.

1.11 Notices
• All notices must be sent via text or phone call during reasonable business hours.
• Notices are effective when acknowledged by Provider. Client is responsible for follow-up if no response is received.

2. LIABILITY

2.1 Waiver of Liability
• Provider agrees to perform services responsibly and with care.
• Client waives all claims against Provider and its staff, except for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.
• Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

2.2 Emergency Contact
• Client will provide contact information and an emergency designee authorized to make decisions regarding pets or property.
• Provider may act in Client’s or designee’s absence in accordance with pet care needs.

2.3 Visitors
